Terms and conditions
CONDITIONS OF CHARTER
The Charter company is obliged to hand-over a vessel, fully equipped and without any fault. The Charter fee includes charter of a vessel with belongings i.e. equipment. Port duties, local taxes, fuel and guest registration are not to be considered as a part of the charter fee.Charter company is obliged to hand-over the vessel by 5:00 pm of the first rental day(Saturday), and vessel is to be returned by 9:00 am of the last rental day(Saturday).
NAVIGATIONAL LICENSE The charterer is obliged to obey Croatian marital law and, in accordance with it, to possess navigational skills and valid license/certificate to operate a vessel.In case of a damage, failure or other problems on a vessel, the charterer is dully obligated to inform the Charter company immediately. |
SECURITY DEPOSIT
During the takeover of the vessel, the security deposit will be given to the Charter company, according to the price list. Security deposit shall be refunded in full amount during the return of an undamaged vessel at previously arranged time.
NAVIGATION TERRITORY AND VESSEL INSURANCE
The vessels are registered and equipped for the navigation in Croatian territorial waters, and are also insured for the same territory-not only with obligatory insurance policy against possible damage done by third persons, but also with maritime vessel and personal liability insurance.If charterers wants to leave Croatian territorial sea waters, the charterer is obliged to have a prior agreement with the Charter company.
